We are proud to offer FREE complimentary Regular shipping on all orders on our website via USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on your location. Please allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days for your items to arrive at your doorstep. On orders exceeding $500.00 and above, we are proud to offer FREE complimentary Express shipping via the same couriers, depending on your location! For such orders, please allow up to one (1) to five (5) business days for your items to arrive at your doorstep.

We are a proud sustainable luxury company and we use as much recycled packaging as we can. Please note that all of your items will be shipped to you complete with tracking information sent via email and will be wrapped carefully. In the event that your item gets lost during transit, please notify us immediately by emailing us at info@curatedbythemjf.com. We will always declare the full purchased value of your item to insure that they are safe and secure during such rare instances. Although we no longer hold the responsibility once the item reaches the hands of the courier, we will still try our very hardest to help resolve the issue and file a claim in order to reimburse you the costs.

We will gladly accept any requests for returns within fourteen (14) CALENDAR days after the original purchase has been confirmed. You will need to obtain authorization from us by sending us an email at info@curatedbythemjf.com. An email will be sent to you for further instructions. Please note that all return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer and must be shipped back within three (3) CALENDAR days after receiving the confirmation. The item must have all its tags in tact and in the original condition received and you must use the same packaging we included. Any signs of tampered labels, we reserve the right to refuse the return upon closer inspection of the item as soon as we receive it. We thank you for understanding and make sure you are aware of this policy before purchase. Any approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee for our labor costs incurred and we appreciate your understanding as we are small business doing our very best to provide you with exceptional service.

Any item purchased at a discount of 40% off the original listing price is considered a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Remember, you can always request for additional photos of your item by emailing us at info@curatedbythemjf.com before you purchase any item. We reserve the right to refuse any returns/exchanges that do not have proper authorization. Please print the authorization email received and enclose it inside the original packaging so that we may easily track your item and avoid processing delays.

As we are a used merchandise store, you must first send us an email to request for an exchange and must obtain authorization from us. We will issue your refund no later than three (3) business days as soon as we receive your item. Please allow us time to inspect the item and determine that it meets our criteria specified above for its condition. We will only issue the refund to the original payment method used to purchase the product minus the 5% restocking fee for any return or exchange. If you have not received your refund within 5 business days, please feel free to contact us at info@curatedbythemjf.com so we can investigate further. Please make sure that the original payment method is still active to avoid any delays. Additionally, in some rare cases that we have confirmed successful refund on our end and you still have not received it, we encourage you to contact your financial institution for any discrepancies. Otherwise, based on our experience, most refunds are completed within less than 5 business days.
